Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to familiarize them with our services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and service requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes for reporting and review purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations or a customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Knowledge of security industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
  • Conduct access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position in the security industry.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
