Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to familiarize them with our services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and service requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes for reporting and review purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations or a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of security industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position in the security industry.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
