- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
- Support internal and external audits
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. ICAN ) is a plus
- 2 years proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accounting softwares)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with tax preparation and filing

Role Overview
- To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for supervising waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants, while also serving as the quality control lead for the kitchen.
- This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Act as the link between the kitchen and service floor, ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct daily briefings to align staff on service expectations and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs.
- Maintain seamless communication between kitchen staff, bar team, and floor staff.
- Report daily performance and quality control issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in hospitality supervision (restaurant/bar preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in quality control and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
