Responsibilties
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, providing guidance and ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
- Handle onboarding sessions with new hires, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, especially in driving performance to meet sales targets.
- Support talent acquisition activities and participate in interviews when necessary.
- Maintain HR records and generate timely reports for decision-making.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with workplace policies.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement and training activities.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- OND minimum qualification.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and enhancing the public image and reputation of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote media coverage, brand awareness, and strong relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders
- Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs), write newsletters, respond to media inquiries, and monitor public opinion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- 1 – 3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related Field
- Excellent writing, speaking, and storytelling skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of media trends and PR strategies.
