Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients, distributors, resellers, or corporate accounts.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across existing and potential client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on evolving customer needs.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop entry strategies for new geographic areas, verticals, or distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.

Partnership & Alliance Development

  • Explore and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or agency agreements.
  • Manage partner onboarding, performance tracking, and incentive structures.
  • Facilitate co-branded initiatives or shared business planning with key allies.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for management review.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average deal size, sales cycle length, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics and implementation teams for smooth post-sale execution.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
  • Experience in [e.g., consumer electronics, FMCG] preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to serve as Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). This unique role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between managing key company projects and providing high-level executive support.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the MD, ensuring smooth execution of business priorities, driving project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing the MD’s calendar, correspondence, and travel with precision.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and executive administration — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Administrative Duties

  • Manage the MD’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from board, management, and client meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring only relevant matters reach the MD.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Identify, plan, and manage key organizational projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for the MD and senior leadership.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) to track milestones and risks.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to remove bottlenecks and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions when needed.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations.
  • Track key business KPIs and prepare dashboards or summaries for review.
  • Support special assignments such as investor presentations, corporate events, or new business launches.
  • Maintain an organized system for filing, archiving, and retrieving important documents and records.
  • Represent the MD at internal meetings when delegated.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3years of combined experience in executive assistance, office administration, and/or project coordination.
  • Proven track record in supporting senior executives or leading small-to-medium-scale projects.
  • Experience in any of the Big 4s(most preferably)
