Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance/Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing receivables, preparing daily sales reports, and generating monthly management reports.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivables Management:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Review outstanding receivables and actively follow up with customers to minimize overdue payments.
- Ensure effective compliance with credit control processes / policy to reduce bad debts and improve cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze receivables aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes promptly.
Financial Management:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for operational efficiency.
Reporting:
- Prepare and review Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and present Monthly Management Reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget.
Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
System and Process Management:
- Use QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reports efficiently.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Effective management of accounts receivables, ensuring minimal overdue payments and achieving target collection rates.
- Timely and accurate preparation of Daily Sales Reports (DSRs).
- Submission of Monthly Management Reports by agreed deadlines.
- Maintenance of 100% compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
- Efficient use of QuickBooks for all financial operations and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CPA) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing accounts receivables, including credit control and debt recovery.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting critical interdepartmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the usage of the sales tracking tool by the Business Development team and prepare weekly reports for the HR Manager.
- Track and report daily compliance from the Engineering, Logistics, and Store/Inventory units.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across relevant departments.
- Oversee employee documentation, ensuring that records are complete, updated, and properly filed.
Requirements
- Degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow up on compliance issues.
