- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and connecting with high-end clients, interior designers, and collectors. Your focus will be on building meaningful client relationships, providing expert consultation, and promoting exclusive luxury interior pieces that embody sophistication and value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and luxury property developers.
- Offer personalized service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales & Business Development:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Source and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and cold outreach.
- Conduct in-store and off-site presentations or consultations.
Product Expertise & Consultation:
- Maintain deep product knowledge of the firm’s collection, including provenance, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Advise clients on ideal selections based on their preferences, space, and investment interest.
Marketing & Representation:
- Represent the brand at luxury design events, exhibitions, and showrooms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight key pieces and promotions.
Reporting & CRM:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and client activity updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in luxury sales (interior décor, art, real estate, or fashion preferred).
- Strong network within the luxury or design space is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Passion for luxury interior design, art, and aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with elite clientele.
