Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage the CEO’s email inbox, responding to routine matters and flagging important emails.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
- Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO’s time is used efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Male candidate
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Description
- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team.
- You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification and recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to accounting principles and best practices.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Generate financial reports and analyze financial data to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard financial assets.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Payroll administration and compliance with statutory deductions and payments (e.g. PAYE, Pension Contribution, etc.).
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in accounting or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, or ICAN) is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
