Job Summary
- We are looking for a goal-oriented and experiencedTerritory Managerto lead our business operations and growth strategy within an assigned region.
- The ideal candidate will bring 5 – 7 years of hands-on experience in the insurance, HMO, banking, or assurance industries and a strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client pipelines.
- Lead and manage field teams to meet performance targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Prepare and present territory reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- 5 – 7 years of proven experience in insurance, HMO, banking, or assurance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
