Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Identifying potential customers, building relationships with both new and existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product & Service Sales: Presenting products or services, demonstrating their features, answering questions, and explaining how they solve customer problems.
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Prospecting for new business opportunities, cold calling potential clients, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales agreements, and closing sales to meet targets.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Meeting monthly and annual sales targets, preparing and presenting sales performance reports, and analyzing sales data.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and collaborating with colleagues across different sectors.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, managing client databases, and tracking sales performance metrics.
