Summary Objective
- Work closely with the agribusiness and commercial team to drive organizational objectives aimed at improving business profitability.
- This will be achieved through sales of agribusiness product/services, development of a strong agribusiness brand and improved client relationships with agripreneurs and startup farms.
Primary Audience (Internal):

Key Functions
- Revenue Improvement
- Customer Relations
- Brand Development and Positioning.
General Responsibilities
- Increase revenue of all sales channels (product and services).
- Market research on existing products and services to ensure adoption of competitive pricing systems.
- Development of new agribusiness product and service lines.
- Development of promotional (sales and marketing) framework for agribusiness products and services to boost the volume of sales.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and organisations in the agribusiness space (agripreneurs in the livestock sector).
- Identify new markets and build strong client relationships.
- Field survey (Visits) of existing and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
- Ensure improve customer onboarding and retention system (Measured on quarterly basis).

Method of Application
Responsibilities
- Reviewing the revenue transactions of the business to ensure the effectiveness of the Company’s revenue assurance mechanism.
- Timely and regular review of bank and inventory reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Reviewing of the general ledger to ensure efficient administration of the Company’s ledger system.
- Conducting regular reviews of operational processes to guard against wastages, fraud, and avoidable risk exposures.
- Administering regular reviews of the internal control system to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of controls.
- Regular review of ERP access control to determine its level of effectiveness.Conducting audit visits to depots for review of depot operations.
Requirements
- A graduate of Accounting or Management Science.
- 4 years of post-graduation auditing experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and to understand the implications of findings.
- Versed in the use of computers to identify and analyse data.
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability and effective communication skills.
- Part-qualified Chartered Accountant is desirable.
