Sales Executive – Lubricant Sales

- In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading sales growth, cultivating new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships within the lubricant sector. Your understanding of lubricant products and their applications in automotive or industrial markets will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify new leads and convert them into profitable accounts
- Execute sales presentations and demos with confidence
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer inquiries
Market Research & Analysis
- Keep tabs on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders
Product Expertise
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of lubricant products and applications
- Guide clients through product benefits and use cases
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM systems
- Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in lubricant sales or a similar industry (automotive, industrial)
- Strong sales acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and openness to local travel

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Invoice Processing: Handling and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including tracking outstanding invoices and following up on payments.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.
- General Ledger: Managing the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any accounting-related issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing financial information to identify trends, costs, and potential improvements.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of experience.
