Role Summary
- Lead fundraising and partnership efforts to secure sustainable funding for programmes and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a fundraising strategy
- Build and manage relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Research, prepare, and submit grant applications
- Manage donor pipelines, databases, and reporting
- Support strategic partnerships and represent the NGO at events
- Collaborate with internal teams on fundable initiatives
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years in fundraising, partnerships, or development
- Proven success securing grants and funding
- Strong proposal writing and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the African funding ecosystem
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
