Job Summary
- House Unlimited Nigeria is seeking a creative and tech-savvy NYSC Content Creator (Female) to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, and visually representing the brand’s identity across online platforms.
- This role involves both in-office work and occasional site visitations to capture photos and videos for promotional use.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging content (posts, short videos, graphics, and reels) for social media and digital campaigns.
- Conduct site visitations to capture media content for projects, client features, and marketing use.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and deliver creative campaigns.
- Develop compelling captions, visual stories, and motion content using Canva and CapCut.
- Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
- Track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and suggest ways to improve audience interaction.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content, and digital storytelling techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Must be a current NYSC Corp Member serving in Abuja.
- Proven interest or prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Spark.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and visual presentation skills.
- Must be creative, tech-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter).
- Basic photo and video editing skills.

- We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
