Head of Operations

  • The Head of Operations will oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all security divisions.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise guard deployment, patrols, and field operations.
  • Manage incident response, reporting, and quality control.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or certification is an advantage).
  • 5-10 years’ operational leadership experience, preferably in the security sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in a similar role business development role within the security services industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.
