- The Head of Operations will oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all security divisions.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise guard deployment, patrols, and field operations.
- Manage incident response, reporting, and quality control.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or certification is an advantage).
- 5-10 years’ operational leadership experience, preferably in the security sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
