Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our hotel’s finance team.
- The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and support the Finance Manager in daily accounting operations.
- This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in finance within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Post daily transactions including revenue, expenses, and journal entries into the accounting system.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and guest ledgers regularly.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and support documentation for audits.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Prepare and review petty cash vouchers, ensuring proper approvals.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform any other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

- We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s front desk.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
- Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally.
- Train, schedule, and motivate front office staff to maintain a high standard of service.
- Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and front desk reports.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure front office equipment (computers, phones, POS systems) is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Assist with staff performance evaluations and recommend improvements when needed.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports as required by management.
- Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, groups, and special events when required.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
