Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Analyse financial results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental budgets.
- Serve as the primary liaison for financial matters with the board, investors, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related courses from a reputable institution with a professional accounting qualification (ICAN, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) is required.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent).
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing documents, organising records and maintaining filing systems.
- Handling phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and keeping stocks organized.
- Ensuring shared office spaces are tidy and organized.
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
- Assist with general office operations, including running errands to support administrative and clerical functions.
Education and Requirements
- National Diploma, AAT or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience working in the same capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate data entry and document preparation
- Ability to manage files, schedule tasks and maintain records efficiently.
- Ability to work well with other staff and departments.
