Description
- We are seeking experienced Management Surveyors who will manage a portfolio of properties and deliver first-class service to landlords and tenants.
- The ideal candidates must be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and adhere strictly to operational and excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Conduct periodic property inspections, inventories, and tenancy check-ins/outs
- Liaise with landlords and contractors to handle maintenance requests
- Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals
- Ensure compliance with all the procedures
- Advise landlords on property condition and tenancy issues, and maintain transparent communication
- Implement approved procedures to ensure orderly, efficient workflow
- Coordinate portfolio activities, prepare periodic and annual reports on the financial and operational performance of managed properties
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Gather market intelligence for overall strategic operations
- Confirm all documentations are completed and appropriately logged
- Manage residents courteously and maintain the Firm’s client service standards
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with estate laws, payment of dues, and regulatory obligations
- Professionally represent the company at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- MSc Degree in Estate Management, Certification or registration with relevant professional/regulatory bodies is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property/facility management.
