Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of trucks, coordinating driver assignments, issuing and tracking waybills, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supervising the Logistics and Haulage team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and dispatch trucks for jobs based on availability and delivery schedules.
  • Manage and supervise drivers and logistics officers.
  • Issue, track, and reconcile all waybills and delivery documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures.
  • Ensure drivers comply with safety, regulatory, and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet or logistics management.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • A good university degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience working in the Nigerian oil and gas sector is an added advantage
