Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Learning and Development and/or Capability Development Specialist with strong evidence of ongoing relevant experience and continuous professional development.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, learning/training administration, and instructional design. 
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
• Skills in graphic design and video editing and learning content development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
