Job Purpose
- Mechanical engineersdevelop, design, build, test, and inspect mechanical devices and systems, such as machines, tools, and engines.
- They also analyze and evaluate any issues with current products to develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products
- Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
- Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
- Perform engineering calculations to support design work
- Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
- Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budgetDesigning, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
- Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in engineering
- Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
- Superb time management and professionalism.
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience desiging mechanical systems and products
- Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems.

Job Summary
- Electrical engineers design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft.
- They also oversee the manufacture of these devices, systems, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
- Using computer-aided design and engineering software to create project plans and circuit diagrams.
- Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
- Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
- Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical systems in buildings.
- Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / HND
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ in relevant experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
- Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
- Familiarity with design concepts, procedures and tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team working skills
- The ability to work well under pressure.
