Job Summary
- The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver media and entertainment projects from conception to completion. The role ensures that productions, campaigns, and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor media projects including productions, programmes, events, and campaigns.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, creative, technical, and external vendors.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines, and organisational policies.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
- Support management in improving project management processes and efficiencies.
- Report regularly on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Board/Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 3 -5 years experience.

Job Summary
- The Account Officer will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
- This role is pivotal in monitoring revenue streams, controlling expenses, and supporting budgeting processes specific to the media and entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash operations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments to vendors and staff.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams to track project-related expenses.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection from clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Assist in payroll processing and other financial tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 5-8 years experience.
