Job Summary

  • We are hiring a seasoned HR & Administrative Associate with 3–5 years’ experience to lead and manage core HR and Admin functions in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • This role demands intelligence, grit, and independence to solve conventional HR/Admin challenges while aligning with senior HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of fleet personnel
  • Design and implement training and assessment frameworks with L&D consultants
  • Conduct background verification of all personnel
  • Administer payroll, insurance, and employment benefits
  • Supervise admin staff handling logistics, supplies, and office maintenance
  • Maintain complete, compliant employee records and benefit data
  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate on periodic salary surveys and market benchmarking
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate offboarding processes for exiting staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (professional certifications are an advantage)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in logistics or professional services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
  • Experience with HR systems, data, and employment regulations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

  • Our client is seeking a results-driven CO2 Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships within the CO2 and related services market.
  • The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding market share by promoting the various applications and benefits of CO2to customers across relevant industries.
  • This role requires a proactive sales professional with experience in the FMCG sector, capable of developing tailored strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers who may have a need for CO2 or related services.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met, and potentially identifying new opportunities for growth within those accounts.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share.Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Providing detailed information about CO2 and its various applications, highlighting its advantages to potential customers.
  • Monitoring sales activity, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement. •Addressing customer questions and concerns related to CO2 usage and handling.

Requirements

  • First degree or its equivalent in Sales and Marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience in FMCG industry like Novo Gas or ABinBev is required.
