• In-depth experience selling residential, commercial, or luxury properties.

• A strong personal network of agents, brokers, and clients in Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo.
• Ability to train, mentor, and scale a marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered member of ARCON, NIA, or other professional architectural bodies.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, material scheduling, and approval processes.
