Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative procedures.
- Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Support HR and procurement functions as needed.
- Ensure efficient communication across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1year of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
