Job Description
- Identify potential gig workers through targeted research, outreach, and networking efforts.
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to attract new riders and drivers to the Gamma platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including gig worker communities, industry partners, and local organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to newly onboarded gig workers to ensure seamless integration into the Gamma ecosystem.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact gig workers in the region.
- Represent Gamma at events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners and customers.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional work experience, preferably in asset financing or loan recovery industry.
- Previous experience in sales, business development and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skill.

Position Summary
- Gamma Mobility is seeking an Evaluation Officer to conduct the profiling and evaluation of prospective customers upon their arrival at the Gamma Mobility Hub. The Evaluation Officer will be responsible for assessing applicants’ creditworthiness, verifying provided information, and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria. This role requires keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to risk management guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Acquisition Team to ensure smooth lead transition from initial engagement to profiling.
- Issue a behavioral test to prospective leads to assess their financial responsibility and risk profile.
- Conduct an assessment interview to evaluate the applicant’s ability to pay and willingness to pay.
- Ensure applicants meet internal eligibility criteria before proceeding with leasing or financing.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities or fraudulent documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer evaluations.
- Ensure all required documents are properly filed and stored for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an evaluation, research, or data analysis role
- Strong experience with data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting
- Careful attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- High standards for data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly for creating reports and presentations.
