Floor Manager

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Lounge operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring service standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction are consistently top-notch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations for both QSR and Lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, runners, bartenders, etc.) to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance, schedules, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure timely service and smooth coordination.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to management on ways to improve guest experience and revenue.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, or special offers.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role in hospitality (QSR, lounge, fine dining, or nightlife industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
