• Devise a highly effective real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
• Work with Sales Team to deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
• Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
• Supervise the media team to also produce valuable and engaging content.
• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
