Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and advice to our organization. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and representing the company in legal proceedings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on various matters, ensuring compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and corporate governance practices.
  • Litigation Support: Assist in managing legal disputes and proceedings.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support company decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum LL.B and B.L (called to the Nigerian Bar)
  • 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firms, corporate legal departments or healthcare / legal roles.
  • Solid grounding in commercial law, contracts, corporate governance and litigation management
  • Experience working with regulated environments and/ or with regulators.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, analytical and communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex ideas clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Method of Application

The Endoscopy Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare endoscopy suites, equipment, and instruments before procedures.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care, including patient education and support.
  • Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to any complications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Manage endoscopy equipment, ensuring proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an endoscopy or gastroenterology unit.
  • Certification or training in endoscopy nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and endoscopic procedures.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
