About the Role:

  • We are seeking experienced and result-driven Business Development Managers to join our growing team in Gbagada(Lagos state) 
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and courier sector.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong
  • relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums within the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market in Ikorodu, Gbagada and Ilorin.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
