About the Role:
- We are seeking experienced and result-driven Business Development Managers to join our growing team in Gbagada(Lagos state)
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and courier sector.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong
- relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums within the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Ikorodu, Gbagada and Ilorin.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
