Role Description

• CloudPlexo is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize daily operations, drive execution of business strategies, and ensure alignment across departments.
• The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team to scale operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure business goals are met. The role involves analytical decision-making, performance monitoring, and ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless execution across teams
• Implement scalable processes to support growth and client success
• Drive performance metrics, KPIs, and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with CEO on strategic planning and organizational development
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in tech or cloud services
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and optimizing performance
