Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Market Operations & Sales Strategist to drive intelligent expansion and performance across key markets.
  • This role will be responsible for identifying high- potential locations for outlets and services, supporting operational planning, and contributing directly to regional sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate will bring together market research, operational insight, and sales acumen to ensure the business expands into areas with maximum potential and sustained revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate new and existing territories, focusing on customer demand, competition, population density, and income trends.
  • Analyze regional sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend location-based sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with business development and real estate teams to identify and prioritize outlet or service point locations based on sales potential.
  • Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support territory planning and sales forecasting.
  • Recommend pricing, promotional, or channelstrategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Support retail teams and channel partners with sales performance insights and location-based customer behavior data.
  • Monitor new outlet performance post-launch, comparing projected vs. actual sales to improve future decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to provide input on regional sales targets and sales territory mapping.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Use insights to refine business strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in market research, sales strategy, or operations planning (preferably in telecom or retail).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and location performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for turning data into growth strategies.

Method of Application

Job Brief:

  • Core Network Engineers (Operations and Engineering) with strong technical knowledge of SS7, MAP, SIP, GTP, SMPP and Diameter. Selected candidates will be part of the team focused on network design, architecture planning and roadmap evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning of application features, integration, and can interface with other MVNOs and MNOs.
  • Support other functions of Core network department including Packet Core, VAS, and interconnects etc.
  • Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the company management from time to time to support business needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of working experience in Core Network with knowledge of the core nodes.
  • Experienced in VoLTE / IMS / RCS, interfaces, protocols, call routing, call tracing, fault analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of 3G/4G network architecture.
  • Knowledge of roaming for voice and data will be an added advantage.
