Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals for our properties. This role involves proactive prospecting, managing leads, conducting site inspections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Support in the design and implementation of strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Develop and maintainexcellent relationships with clients.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices,mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Support the BDM to coordinate property closings, signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Updating the clients weekly.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about real estatemarkets and best practices.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager (BDM)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Chairman.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the real estate sector (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.

Method of Application

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the construction process on-site to ensure that projects meet deadlines in line with approved budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain the best possible price.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors activities to ensure optimal and quality delivery.
  • Track daily labour and material usage and prepare progress reports.
  • Identify potential defects in drawings/designs from planning phase to execution on site.
  • Liaising with architects and engineers in the project team to ensure that designs meet regulations.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress.
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or issues and escalate them proactively to management.
  • Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports.
  • Receive instructions and report directly to the Project Manager.
  • Carryout other duties as assigned by the Chairman and Managing Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in building construction or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Project) and construction management tools.
