Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of CHDFNigeria’s vision and mission.
- Oversee fundraising, donor engagement, and financial sustainability.
- Manage staff, volunteers, and program operations.
- Represent the foundation in public forums, media, and stakeholder engagements.
- Foster partnerships with local and international organizations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or development sector.
- Strong understanding of public health issues, especially related to CHD, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Public Health, Non-profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Role Overview
- We are seeking a passionate and committed Medical Doctor, Medical Graduate (Interns, NYSC), Medical Student (400 level and above) to serve as a Volunteer Project Officer (Education & Research). This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of our educational and research-focused initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure our projects are impactful and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of education and research projects.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct literature reviews and support data collection and analysis.
- Track project progress and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
- Support the development of educational materials and outreach content.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven team environment.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor, Medical Graduate (Interns, NYSC), Medical Student (400 level and above)
- Strong interest in medical education, research, and public health.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project coordination or academic research is an advantage.
