Location: Abuja (Applicants must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo)

Sim Impacting Lives Foundation (SILF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through public health, nutrition, humanitarian response, and empowerment programs. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Oversee office administration, logistics, and supplies.
  • Provide HR and administrative support to SILF projects and programs.

Requirements

  •  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo (Abuja).
