We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will teach pupils in Lower Primary – Years 1–2, following a well-structured British curriculum.
This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about pupil progress and committed to excellence in teaching and learning. Our school provides comprehensive resources and a supportive environment to help you deliver quality education.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must currently reside in Ibadan, within reasonable commuting distance of Jericho
- Minimum of a B.Ed. in Primary Education Studies or B.Sc/BA/PGDE
- At least 2–3 years post-NYSC classroom experience, preferably in an international curriculum setting
- Strong knowledge of English, Mathematics, and Science
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- A genuine passion for teaching and pupil development
- Clear, legible handwriting and ability to model and teach the same
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons using school-provided resources and materials
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to support pupil progress
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and standards
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month (depending on experience)
