Job Summary:
Our Client, an Information and Technology Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team consistently delivers excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and align on goals.
- Identify training needs and support continuous skill development within the team.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline management and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
