Job Summary:

Our Client, an Information and Technology Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

 As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team consistently delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and align on goals.
  • Identify training needs and support continuous skill development within the team.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to management.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
