Job Description

  • Leads and delivers technical training for operations and shutdown activities.
  • Ensures effective transfer of skills, compliance with global standards, and performance evaluation of trainees.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: BEng / B.Sc. in a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 –15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of oil & gas industry
  • Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Willingness to travel to site locations and project offices as required.
  • Carries out readiness checks, performs equipment walk-downs, confirms permit compliance, and addresses identified gaps before operational handover.

Job Description

  • Oversees the alarm management program to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
  • Establishes alarm rationalization, monitors KPI performance, leads system optimizations, investigates nuisance alarms, and drives continuous improvement.
