Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through customer referrals, field agents, digital channels, and ride-hailing platform partnerships.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and marketing activations to boost customer acquisition.
- Track and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Guide potential customers through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records of lead engagement and conversion progress in CRM tools.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from the first interaction to onboarding.
- Educate potential customers on Gamma Mobility’s leasing, financing, and vehicle options.
- Monitor and report on acquisition channel performance, identifying the most effective lead sources.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and acquisition challenges.
- Support the continuous improvement of acquisition strategies through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of business development, customer acquisition strategies, and sales processes.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, preferably within the gig economy, tech, or mobility sectors.
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers, or business partnerships in a competitive market.
- Experience with lead generation, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
- Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
