Job description
- We are looking for an inventory officer to join our Lagos team
Responsibilities
- Recording accurate inventory values in real time
- Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory
- Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way
- Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers
- Crosschecking the accuracy of purchase orders supplied
- Create accurate stock transfers where necessary
- Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices
- Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders
- Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree qualification
- Candidate must reside in Lagos
- Pay close attention to details
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
- Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
- Work from the office 23 days a month
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.

- We are looking for a talented fleet manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our fleet and drivers to ensure a seamless delivery service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise drivers and general fleet
- Ensure vehicles are inspected and potential issues are resolved quickly
- Ensure all fuel entries are accurate and accounted for
- Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
- Schedule trainings for drivers
- Ensure our compliance with regulatory agencies
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Should live preferably near Ikoyi
- MUST know how to drive with a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
- Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
