Job description

  • We are looking for an inventory officer to join our Lagos team

Responsibilities

  • Recording accurate inventory values in real time
  • Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory
  • Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way
  • Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers
  • Crosschecking the accuracy of purchase orders supplied
  • Create accurate stock transfers where necessary
  • Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices
  • Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders
  • Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree qualification
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos
  • Pay close attention to details
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
  • Work from the office 23 days a month
  • Should be willing to work with the company long term.

Job description

  • We are looking for a talented fleet manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our fleet and drivers to ensure a seamless delivery service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise drivers and general fleet
  • Ensure vehicles are inspected and potential issues are resolved quickly
  • Ensure all fuel entries are accurate and accounted for
  • Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
  • Schedule trainings for drivers
  • Ensure our compliance with regulatory agencies

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Should live preferably near Ikoyi
  • MUST know how to drive with a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
  • Work from the office 23 days a month
  • Should be willing to work with the company long-term.
