Position Overview
- DreamCity Group is looking for a highly accomplished and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- This is not a conventional administrative role; it is a strategic partnership with the MD.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in C-suite support, business development, and operational efficiency, and must possess the flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demanding schedule of the executive office.
- The preferred gender is a male and age bracket between 35 and 45 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and logistical support to the MD, managing a complex and fluid calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests, and troubleshooting conflicts.
- Act as a key liaison for the MD in business development activities, including preparing pitch decks, conducting preliminary research on potential partners or investments, and assisting with the preparation of business proposals.
- Identify and implement improvements to the MD’s workflow and office operations to enhance productivity and efficiency across the executive office.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and key regulatory bodies, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the MD with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Manage logistics for corporate events as required.
- Oversee and track key projects and initiatives led by the MD, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct in-depth research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the MD.
- Arrange complex and extensive national and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, often at short notice.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting C-Suite executives (MD, CEO, or Group Chairman).
- Must have verifiable work experience within the real estate development/construction, banking/investment, and hospitality industries.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting business development initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of liaising with senior-level stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Must possess an exceptional appetite for hard work, including the ability and willingness to work late, on weekends, and during holidays as a standard requirement of the role.

Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance & reconciliation.
- Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensuring strict compliance with statutory legislation and financial regulations.
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors during the financial audit process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
