Sales Showroom Manager

Responsibilties
- Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Train and develop showroom staff to improve performance.
- Maintain the showroom’s visual appearance to company standards.
Requirements
- Must have B.Sc / HND in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or any related course.
- 5+ years of experience in sales / showroom management, preferably in retail or showroom settings / manufacturing company
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the MD in helping to manage administrative priorities and strategic initiatives related to the running of the office of the MD.
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports
- Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Manage and maintain records, files, and documents
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the executive team.
Requirements
- Bsc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Communication, Linguistics or related course.
- Proven 3-4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
