Sales Showroom Manager

Responsibilties

  • Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Train and develop showroom staff to improve performance.
  • Maintain the showroom’s visual appearance to company standards.

Requirements

  • Must have B.Sc / HND in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or any related course.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales / showroom management, preferably in retail or showroom settings / manufacturing company
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Method of Application

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the MD in helping to manage administrative priorities and strategic initiatives related to the running of the office of the MD.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Manage and maintain records, files, and documents
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
  • Conduct research and gather information as required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the executive team.

Requirements

  • Bsc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Communication, Linguistics or related course.
  • Proven 3-4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
