Role Summary:
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Full Service Restaurant (FSC) segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong B2B relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to the food service industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the food sector and a passion for delivering value to clients across Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to penetrate QSR and FSC channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts within the food service sector.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on business objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant chains, chefs, and decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with food service partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular training and support to distributor partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the product and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or sales within the food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the QSR and FSC ecosystem in Lagos is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
