• Oversee the activities of fibre installers and field technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality customer installations and repairs.
• Monitor field performance and enforce operational standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams.
• Compile daily/weekly activity reports.
• Liaise with Airtel project managers and internal teams for project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and work procedures.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in fibre/broadband operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Good understanding of fibre network architecture and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage teams and meet operational targets.
