KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strengthen SME sales mechanism and sales force management
• Assist bank in developing new distribution channels.
• Acquire and manage SME clients.
• Strengthen SME lending operations and loan processing
• Build customer understanding through market research.
• Monitor market development for SME loan products.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 2+ years of banking /SME Lending experience
• Proven sales and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
