- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in tech and Fintech recruitment, talent acquisition/HR management Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, employer branding, and data driven hiring.

- Proven track record in direct sales or merchant acquisition. Familiarity with payment systems, financial technology, and POS devices is highly desirable.
