The Role

  • We are seeking a highly driven and creative Brand, Marketing & Communications Specialist to shape and execute our marketing and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening Blackcod’s brand presence, driving engagement, and communicating our value proposition to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with company goals.
  • Manage brand identity across all digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and media engagements to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze marketing ROI and lead generation performance to ensure optimal results. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications—preferably within the financial or investment sector.
  • Proven experience managing corporate communications and media relations.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
