Job Description
Main Functions:
- To ensure safe and correct handling, storage and movement of the Company’s products and to ensure that refueling (planes, tanks, etc.) is carried out in accordance with Company Operating Procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for safe handling, storage, movement of petroleum products including into-plane refueling, all in accordance with Company’s Quality Control and Operating Standards.
- Service customers in a timely fashion.
- Maintain product quality to EM corporate, CAA and industry standards and complete daily product quality checks.
- Correct recording of all stock movement / sales.
- Operate correct Emergency Procedures in the event of incidents.
- First point of contact with customers.
- Maintaining Customer Service levels.
- Responsible for preventing injuries, environmental and other incidents within assigned area of control.
- Working knowledge of, and implement as necessary, Company Safety and Emergency Procedures.
- Schedule planned work to ensure refueling completed in timely fashion.
- Input all necessary data into the system to control all sales transactions and product movement including end of day reconciliation.
- Maintain all necessary records on refueling / product quality activity.
- Undertake special responsibilities, when trained.
- Act as first line contact with outside departments / bodies including other Oil Companies, supply Terminals, Head Office, EM Aviation Sales Department, Airport Authority, etc.
- Trained and competent in all procedures associated with the maintenance of our fueling and depot equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 12 years of work experience.
- Preferably trade qualified
- Dangerous Goods Endorsement
- Heavy Trade License with hazardous goods and trailer endorsement
- Numerate • Good oral & written language
- Good communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills

Job Description
Main Functions:
- Responsible for the logistics related to processing of customer orders.
- Coordinates with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff and shipping/receiving.
- Answers inquiries from customers and investigates complaints regarding services and policies.
- Input, update and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units.
- Analyzes load information from customers in order to determine and verify the appropriate routes, rates, and schedules.
- Coordinates shipment schedules with vendors.
- Position will receive direction and support.
- This position level would typically include junior Logistics Coordinators performing mostly tasks that do not require prior extensive experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 10 years of work experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem solving.
- Customer service.
- Strong communication skills as this position will be contact point for government officer.
- Familiarity/Proficiency with computer systems.
- Logical thinking skills for logistics optimization and improvement to the work process.
