Job Summary
- As our client gear up for our summer launch, they are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to help design and implement the systems that will power our service operations.
Job Overview
- The Operations Consultant will play a critical role in laying the operational foundation of the company.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing key systems, processes, and workflows across our core service categories.
- You will also help onboard service partners, facilitate client bookings, and streamline communication between the concierge team and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end SOPs for bookings, client requests, vendor coordination, and payment workflows.
- Develop and manage templates for itinerary building, vendor briefing, and client confirmations.
- Assist in setting up a bookings management tool (Google Workspace, Notion, or Airtable).
- Coordinate logistics and communication across different service categories.
- Support the Founder with operational planning and execution, especially during launch.
- Recommend tools, platforms, and systems for long-term scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in operations, hospitality, event management, or a concierge role.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Confident using Google Suite, Notion, or other workflow tools.
- Must be resourceful, discreet, and solutions-oriented.
- A high degree of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
