Job Description

• Uptitek Limited is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and clients, setting up and managing testing environments, and assisting clients in using Uptitek’s digital tools to build and maintain their websites.
• This role requires a client-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of web-based platforms and support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to developers, staff, and customers.
• Set up and maintain development and testing environments.
• Assist customers and clients in building their website using Uptitek’s tools.
• Handle customer IT-related inquiries and support in a timely and prompt manner.
• Provide remote or on-site assistance to clients using Uptitek’s platforms and services.
• Conduct a demo session for the customer on Uptitek’s Application and system.
• Maintain a support documentation system for client troubleshooting guides and FAQ.
