IT Support (Night Shift)

Summary

  • We are hiring IT Support (Night Duty) personnel to join our team and play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted client support and system performance during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client activity and transactions in real-time during the night shift.
  • Detect unusual patterns, transaction spikes, or downtime and escalate issues promptly.
  • Track clients’ stock levels and raise alerts when stock is running low.
  • Document and escalate incidents as required, ensuring proper handover to the day team.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Support, System Monitoring, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially for dashboard monitoring and data tracking).
  • Ability to stay alert and maintain high attention to detail during overnight hours.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Experience in fintech or a transaction-heavy environment is an added advantage.
